Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, the order will likely have entered the processing phase, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. If you cancel your order within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 40 days of receipt.

In this case, the return must meet the following conditions:

  • The return must include all necessary parts, components, and packaging exactly as the product was received.

  • Damage due to careless handling is excluded; the product must be in its original condition.

  • Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

  • We reserve the right to charge shipping costs to the customer.

  • We don't offer free returns. There are associated costs with returns.

A return will be processed within 7 working days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged beyond our control.

At Pure Breathe, we believe in the power of our products and encourage you to try them for at least 14-21 days to experience their full potential. If you’re not satisfied after this initial period, you may return the items within 40 days of delivery. For faster processing, include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address associated with your order.

Damaged Items

We carefully package all products to prevent damage during shipping. However, we consider an item damaged only if the product itself is physically defective or broken upon arrival. Packaging issues, such as dented boxes, with intact products are not considered damage. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@purebreathepro.com. Include a clear photo of the damage in your email. If the item qualifies, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Please note that we do not accept returns, provide refunds, or offer replacements for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we work hard to deliver your order promptly, some factors may be beyond our control, including delays caused by the courier, customs, or other shipping issues. For delivery-related concerns, please contact the courier directly for assistance. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, if this happens please contact us and we will work diligently to get something resolved.

Incorrect Shipping Address

 Please ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate. If the address is incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Failure to do so may result in the loss of eligibility for a resend or refund.
